The reception service was available all day! The hotel was very clean. I liked the lovely pool too. I also liked the helpful staff with holding onto bags after check out..

broken elevator bad insulation

The location was good and close to many shops. The tram stops were nearby.

Only two of the four elevators worked. That was a pain. The room's noise insulation was bad. I could hear everything. The double bed was in the wrong room!

The apartment facilities included a washer and dryer, a great convenience.

The noise levels were unacceptable. A party on an upper floor kept me awake past 2 AM, with no intervention from personnel.

clean apartment stocked kitchen easy access

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen it had everything I needed. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation. This made getting around quite easy.

The noise from the lifts was noticeable. I could hear them throughout the night which affected my sleep.
